Beaver Lake House
Waterfront Paradise

This beautiful lake home is nestled in the heart of Lost Bridge Village, a development that began in 1970. Since that time paved streets, electricity, water and sewer, street lights and a recreaton center have been added to make this a nice small vacation community.   The runway in the village has been resurfaced to again welcome anyone wanting access to the area by airplane.

This Lake House was built in 1986 by a custom builder.  Big expansive windows reaching 18 feet from the floor to the ceiling face the lake. The view is breathtaking!  Tongue and groove pine throughout the interior adds a rustic flair to the scenic property that faces Beaver Lake. A big stone fireplace in the living room area gives warmth and comfort to the home. Stonework used on both interior and exterior is native to the surrounding area.  Central air conditioning keeps you cool after your fun in the sun.

A large redwood deck surrounds three sides of the house with the main portion facing the water which gives an excellent view of the lake. A built-in bench and table on the corner of the deck make an evening of dining in the outdoors especially enjoyable.  Deck chairs are provided to just sit and relax.

Don't be surprised to see a few deer walking by; the area has a large population of deer!

Bass fishing on Beaver lake is one the more popular sports in the area. There are many Stripper guides in the area that will take you out on the lake for some good fishing. 

This home is a NO SMOKING and a NO indoor PETS home.
