This Lake house has 3 levels of living space. An upper loft area sleeps 5 people. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (one king bed, the other queen), 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub and shower), a living room, kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. A well-equipped kitchen satisfies the most discriminating cook. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes and dishwasher. The lower level is walk-out onto a patio and has a recreation room, wet bar, and TV with VCR and DVD. Also on the lower level is another 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, the other  with 2 full beds) and a bathroom with shower. A washer/dryer is  provided in a utility room for your convenience.  All linens are provided, beach towels are not furnished.

A dock is provided for swimming, lounging, or fishing.

Army Corps of Engineers prohibit renters from mooring boats in the owners dock.

A portable dock is provided by the owners for renter's use. (HullSavr)

The public boat launching ramp is approximately 3 miles distance.
